Hispanic Empire ended up registering with 
Miraheze and started contributing to 
Polandball Hispana. Hispanic founded 
Polandball Raras in Miraheze on September 10, 2021, being helped by Peruanoball, 
Taxcymus and Skyrum536. Hispanic was willing to offer 
Felipe as administrator, but Felipe was no longer editing. Hispanic tried to make Raras more enjoyable by adding flairs for templates and creating a template for political parties. The laws remained similar to that of the “Legislación Nacional”, but now, pages about vandalism groups such as Secta Skyoe were also banned by Taxcymus.
