Polandball Hispana thanks to some screenshots taken by ElvixPro7 with the help of IvanMCG where both confessed to be under 13 years old, the legal age to be in the server and on Polandball Hispana. Both users were banned from the Wiki Discord, but they were still active on Polandball Hispana, where they were not banned, and on 
Polandball Raras.
