The MDLCR (Latin Spanish pronunciation: [ˈeme ˈðe ˈele ˈse ˈere]) were a user group of 
Polandball Hispana formed in early to mid 2021, formed by some MDDLM users who were saved from global banning for being underage and invited some users to rebuild a new project. The users who were saved after the destruction of MDDLM were 
Matukelenball, 
Davilanda12 and 
Level harder, who sought to resume the previous project and invited 
Chayotero/Elosobolar and Rodripaton, forming the “Wiki Fanon de los MDLCR” on March 30, 2021. Those who agreed to join were there to improve the pages and drawings of the project and so that wiki users would not end up hunting them down respectively.

The MDLCR wiki was discovered by users of Polandball Hispana a day after it was created. However, Matukelenball started to block users who made him angry or annoyed. Although later Rodripaton and Chayotero unblocked the banned users who were unjustly blocked. An example was the blocking of Yopalball, who was blocked for saying: “MISKA MUSKA MICKEY MOUSE”.
Some users of Polandball Hispana like Chayotero, Chevy1958, ElvixPro7, Yopalball and RedKYR together with users like Level harder and Rodripaton joined forces against Matukelenball, who was supported by Davilanda12.
Later, Level harder made a vote where he asked to temporarily remove Matukelenball from the admin position due to his hostile behavior and abuse of power. Everyone voted in favor except for Davilanda12 ( Matukelenball's vote didn't count), but this only lengthened the discussions, as Matukelenball considered it as insults, threatening to leave 
Fandom and fulfilling this promise days later.
After this, Level harder was temporarily banned until May on Fandom for being under thirteen years old, and Matukelenball was blocked for his intimidating and hostile behavior on the wiki. Some users of Polandball Hispana reported the MDLCR wiki to Fandom, and it was officially closed on April 12, 2021.
