Free Polcompball, or shortly FPCB is a 
Polcompball community that was used to be an reaction for strict moderation and banning Far-right people, it's known to be a safe space for banned people in Polcompball.
Polcompball doesn't tolerate this community, so FPCB users are marked there. Previously, they're banned, but now they allowed to be in Discord. Marked people aren't allowed to decide about the future like voting in elections, or candidate for mod.
