November arrived with a lot of news: first of all our wiki celebrated another year of life, also on November 3rd new congress members joined in order to make up for the inactivity of 
Voztok, these being Yuh and KRQC, Burguete, David and 
Brandotes. The wiki activity was quite normal, there was nothing unusual, and it seemed that nothing interesting was going to happen; some users like AzFix13 arrived, also others like Sebas and Vene came back to play a map game. Also on November 11, more congress members joined, being now Fire and Manu to replace the absences of XxDEGARxX and Draco inside the congress.
