Karstamp managed to dither the EPCE, but not for long, as he was finally caught on Negas Wiki on September 24-25, during the First (and only) Anniversary of Fast Fast Notices and near the birth of the first (and only) chatbot, powered between 
Taxcymus with the help of PipeDLH (an FFP Wiki technician). This persecution made Ubuntu and Troll lead the EPCE to massively vandalize Negas Wiki, leaving it totally in ruins and almost destroyed, pushing Wiki Polanball Hispana into a diplomatic crisis: the young WPH that was making a place for itself in the interwiki, now suffered the external pressure of being an asylum for vandals as nefarious as the aforementioned duo. This meant that during those days and until September 29, the community suffered terrible negative criticism from its new allies.
