The union of the diarchy in a formal government led by 
Taxcymus, an “autistic” government parallel to the system and the still in force MakaiiReich gave way for the wiki to have 4 governments in total, with the firm task of Taxcymus to unify them sooner rather than later in a single flag. From here begins a period that although it was not a direct conflict between all parties, it would be dubbed by AlBeOrion as “the civil war”, because there was no side with greater weight until future events allowed it.
