Voztok, the wiki suffered from the lack of administrators; by decision of Voztok, users Ryuki101 and David2076 occupied the administrator positions from February to July 2016, marking this mandate as the Diarchy. The story is curious, because during that period three users arrived who in the future we will see become polar opposites: the most wanted vandals: Trollencio and Ubuntu344; and the future bureaucrat 
Taxcymus. The arrival of many new users of a leftist nature also gave birth to the URHS, a movement that gained strength but ended up losing it after the blocking of its leaders. Another notable event was when the then Nochesco challenged the then administrator David to a duel of blocks, where Noche ended up blocked and defeated. Some time later, Makaii was elevated to bureaucrat on March 8, 2016, without community consultation. This period would later be known as MakaiiReich.
