Voztok after an attempt at rebellion. If you want to know the outcome, Moulderkurt would not be unblocked until 2021 by 
Taxcymus, 5 years after the incident. Moulderkurt's block did not calm the waters on the wiki, generating tensions and misunderstandings between Voztok and 
TLG95 (now administrator), thus causing his retirement: by this point, the wiki was entering into decline, but as the saying goes: "worse things were to come".
