The first weeks of independence were an up-and-down affair. The joy of being free of any dependency prevailed in the community, but the arrangements for the higher-ups were now much more compromising. A few weeks prior to the move, 
Taxcymus convened TheNozomi, 
HispanicJulio, Bitenkas, Victor, 
Mario Alkha and other users to found Polandball Holdings, a corporate spin-off organization to have better legal, financial and technical control over Wiki Polandball Hispana. Likewise, with the purpose of recovering the primary investment of Taxcymus, it was possible to agree on the transfer of Wiki Polandball em Português to the new domain. With this transfer, Polandball Holdings was formally born, the current organization that manages the entire domain, hosting and maintenance. While the upper echelons discussed the maintenance priorities, the community did not leave aside the editing and activity.
