TLG95, who drastically edited the Colombia template. The small immature actions were soon noticed thanks to his first spam, for which he had to beg not to be sanctioned by TLG95. Also noteworthy is the opening of basurapedia (a wiki where all the poor quality images were stored) and the achievements of David2076 in page creation.
